Design in Research - UT Health
We Can Do More is an educational program part of UT Health’s School of Public Health that educates young people about topics around sex and contraception. The program partnered with clinics across the Houston area including Vcare and Harris County Public Health clinics to facilitate a patient experience survey. I created 4 different posters which were hung up in each clinic that appealed to our main target: women ages 18-35. The survey was also IRB approved.
Building Personas - Digitas Health
At Digitas Health, a strategy intern and I worked together to better understand people living with HIV. Through research done on Resonate, a database that gathers information from surveys taken across the country, we created personas to zoom in on the person we want to reach.
Campaigns - Capstone Class
My last big project before graduating was from my capstone class in which we partnered with an environmental non-profit. The challenge was to get people in Florida to care about fracking in their state through a campaign. We decided on two target audiences for the campaign: seniors in high school and senior citizens. One of the big deliverables was a campaign video produced by my group and I which was presented to a representative of the non-profit.
